How we got here
It did not start with a client. It started with a problem of our own: a house with 22 rooms in Duisburg-Hamborn whose enquiries came exclusively through portals that take a cut of every booking. Nobody could find our own website.
So we built it ourselves: a page that answers the questions people actually ask. Then findability in search, then the profiles and listings. What came out of that is what we now offer to other businesses.
That is the difference to an agency that only advises. We carry the consequences of our own work. If a page is slow, a profile incomplete or an enquiry left sitting in an inbox, we see it in our own figures, not in a client report.

- We build without third party services in the background. What is not loaded does not need explaining or consenting to.
- You get a fixed scope up front. Anything not in it is not charged for.
- If we see no need, we say so. Work that changes nothing wastes everyone's time.
